What kind of exercise do you usually do?
Aerobics/Dancing,Yoga,Sports,Pilates,Gym Equipment?

Hey dude! Nice topic. I usually go to the gym 3x a week early in the morning. Do my cardio at the treadmill or aerobics for 30min. Then light weights to tone my
muscles for an hour. That's it!

Can't do it everyday dude coz i have a heart condition. That's why close monitoring is needed during exercise. The gym has equipments for that. All i do at my house every single day is lift light weights.

I dont go to the gym, even though we have one at our apartments. I'm just a little shy I guess about working out in front of people. I do enjoy dancing around, but usually not for exercise. I do yoga occasionally and pilates every now and then.
