Can't do it everyday dude coz i have a heart condition. That's why close monitoring is needed during exercise. The gym has equipments for that. All i do at my house every single day is lift light weights.
I dont go to the gym, even though we have one at our apartments. I'm just a little shy I guess about working out in front of people. I do enjoy dancing around, but usually not for exercise. I do yoga occasionally and pilates every now and then.
