Diffcult reading Shakespeare...

Anybody have problems reading Shakespeare out loud or to yourself?

YES! I had to take Shakespere in college and it was a challenge! Once I got use to the way the language it was fun.

From what I read in the beginning of a book, may've been Julius Caesear, they explain if you studied other lanuages, reading Shakespeare would be alittle easier, and or if you read the bible. But I read the bible, still have diffculty lol.

Lol but is it the KJV bible you read? I read the KJV and Macbeth is still hard for me, I can just barely understand, but i like the concept too much to give up.

I have a set of friends who are so inlove with the Classics, and Shakespeare have been one of their favorites. I have to say that I need to reread his writings before really appreciating it.

Thats great, I understand whats happening in the plays, just have to get use to it.

One day in class, we acted out different characters in "King Lear," I was "Edmund," I barely got through it lol, but another student played Gloucester was great even the (British like speaking) voice was added was pretty good, but he was a ham lol.
