Do you believe in ghosts or spirits??? Have you ever seen one?

Hi SketcherD.. I do believe in ghosts.. I'm disturbed by a evil one, every night when I'm trying to sleep a black orb appears in front of me after I fell some kind of push in my shoulder.. I see it and suddenly disappears.. This is happening every night since I was about 19 years old and I don't do anything to make it leave.. I think that I'm getting used to that thing..

I have several that are in this house with us and, other than a time or two when they scared Shelly or out daughter, they are very harmless. I feel like they have the purpose of watching over me which is why they do not leave. I have only seen them in shadow forms except for the first time. That time I was asleep and they woke me up by talking to me, delivering a message and all I could tell was that there were a couple of men in the room with me. Once the message was delivered, they were gone and they stayed gone for months. I didn't notice them again until after Shelly and our daughter came to live here. They may have been here all along I just didn't pay any attention I guess

I have never seen any spirits or ghosts but i have a feeling that they do exist. I have heard it from a good number of people that they have actually seen one. I dont actually want to encounter one as i feel it would be very scary.

yeah i do believe in ghosts.. i have seen one at one moment in my life when i was in elementary..just had a glmpse of it though..but i can feel if there are ghosts around..

I do belive in ghosts, And I believe they can follow you from home to home. I have seen some but even tho I got scsred they were harmless.

hi SketcherD, i don't believe in ghosts or spirits. i do think that if you believe in them you will have them around in your life but for me i dont believe at all so ive never encountered anything

I do somewhat believe in ghosts, though I haven't experienced any encounters. Part of me would like to think that we're not alone.

I must say that I have never seen or have had things happen to me when it comes to ghosts. I do believe that they do exist I know they are around us all wether we want them to be or not. I look at it this way if I do have one that is around me I simly just say " you are more than welcome to stay as long as you don't harm me or play any funny games. " I honestly don't know what I would do if I actually saw a real one scared out of my wits yes but so far haven't seen any. I have read up on them and found the information very intresting. But yes I do believe they exist.

yes. i believed in them and in what you said. this is becasue i had the same encounter too. not once but several times during my life and i shall not dwell on them as i do not find it appropriate. U are right, as long as u do not disturb them, they are fine and would not disturb you. the world is not only us but there are something else also sharing the pplace with us except that most people cannot see or they chose not to let others see them. there must be a reason why u can see them so keep it that way and respect them.

I don't believe in existance of ghosts or spirits. I tried to get them for many times, but I was failed. I love reading ghost stories and experiences of ghosts. So this is a good topic to me. Thanks for a good post.

I do believe in spirits as I have the Holy Spirit living with me all the time. Once I became a "born again" Christian the Holy Spirit came into my life and is my Guardian Angel. The spirit can change from being male or female and helps me to live my life as a Christian although I am not telling anyone to do this on their own initiative as this is something you must consider as a life change for yourselves. The spirit knows things which I cannot comprehend and let's me know if things I am doing are correct or if I should stay away. The Holy Spirit is as real as any living form that is on this planet and I am truly grateful to have this spirit in my life. Crocket.

I def. believe in the unknown... I've seen something once - I was on my drive way with a friend of mine in the middle of the night, we were talking on my car and smoking a cigrette. We BOTH saw a black shadow on the corner of my eye. My motion light did not come on ... be both turned and looked at each other and asked "you saw that right?!" We tried to see if it was an animal - a deer or something ... there was nothing there. Years later... my great grandma had passed away - I loved her dearly. My parents were still in the city sorting thru the her belongings - I was at home by myself. I went to school and when I got home there was all the cards she ever gave me on my bed. I can't remember if I had looked at them and put them somewhere to fall on my bed -- I just know I didn't put them there. It's creepy to think about it ... but I really think that there are spirits all around us. and you all now think i'm insane.

Well, yes I believe in spirits. Even bad spirits if that is what you mean. For one thing, it will make them glad if people say that they do not believe in such things as entities. For that "child" you mentioned, I think you are bonded to him, there is a link between the two of you because as you said, he always follows you. maybe he wants something from you. but I tell you friend, do not be deceived with such entities. and do not be scared. They get stronger with your fear. Just keep your faith in God stronger and the evil one won't be able to harm you.

That sounds more of a family/children's movie on Disney. I don't think that is true. However, I personally don't believe in ghosts. I know spirits exist but not in the form that they are popularly made to appear.

I personally do no t believe in Ghosts and have neve seen one either.I think ghosts come only near tse peopelwho are believers. If yudo not believe, ghosts stay away from you and also do not trouble you. Are ghosts soem form of hallucination?

I dont believe in them,because I have never see them yet! They are just the things that beyong human's imagination. that is ususlly used to control the ones who had done something wrong for a punishment.

i do believe in ghosts/spirits. i never had an experience with one but i've heard alot. some stories that i've heard are really scary that's why i am really scared of it. i just hope that if i get to experience encountering one, it will not do any harm and appear in a discreet way. well, they say that there are different types of spirits/ghosts. they are generally categorized as good and bad. some spirits bring goodluck, as others say. and for some, they believe that it is badluck.

I've never really seen one but I felt their presence before. On one occasion, I felt as if someone touched my neck but when I turned around, there was nobody. It was a very cold and smooth touch, and very real. It's not like I was imagining things. During a camping trip, I could sense something was watching me and my friends. But I could not see it. The only thing I've seen was a photograph taken by my dad. Digital cameras and video cameras are known to be quite a useful tool if you want to see them. But well, sometimes, we should just leave them be. We're living in different world.
