Seriously, this is Ridiculous Adsense Page Views

to get payout in adsense you only need about 132 clicks. Now, granted everyone who views does not click the ads. But, I have had 236 views of my blog this month alone. You know how many clicks I have??? Zero, zip, zilch, nada, none. This is getting ridiculous. If even half of those views had generated clicks, I would have been darn close to payout.
How do I get people to click when they view? You can't ask people to, or incentivize in anyway. So, suggestions?

You have had some good advice in your responses. I would just add that you need to build up a good blog with regular posting.
My second blog is only six weeks old and I post on it nearly every day. So far it has 31 posts and 15 comments, 9 categories and 156 tags.
It has PR1, has had more than 2000 hits, and I have already made money from it.
