Always Look for ways to practice kindness

Today, as I was leaving the grocery store, I saw a man standing in the parking lot with this groceries on the ground around him. The hnadle of one of his bags had broken and groceries were rolling around. The good news was it mostly canned goods and cleaning products. Nothing breakable. I bring my bags back to the store because if you bring your own bags, the store gives you 5 cents off for each bag used. I always bring more than I need because I am a bad guesser on how many I will need. Today that was a good thing. I went over to help the man and used my extra bags. I'm glad I did too. The poor man was distraught. He obviously was having one of those days when if one more thing goes wrong, you will just lose it. And one more thing went wrong. I just kept telling him it was okay and everything would be fine. I had extra bags and we would get it all fixed up. Just as I was finishing, one of the store people came out with extra bags to double bag the heavier bags to keep that from happening again. So, good for the store too for practicing customer service. So many don't these days. I hope that man's day gets better.
