What was the best time you had with children?

i love kids so much. when i didnt have a daughter yet...i would try to borrow my neighbor's kids and take them to the mall. they love me for that. lol. gives them time to rest and find time for themselves. i do enjoy it a lot though. now that i have a daughter...i spend all day with her but she's a ball of energy that sometimes i get tired. she'll go lay with me though and just watch tv beside me

The young one in the bath tub playing with water and you enjoying the splashes and sprinking of water around, the insistance of the child to carry it on for a longer period than what you want and the resistance offered etc....

The best time that I can remember with children was one Christmas when I went to take my brother and his family their gifts. My brother has 4 children, all unique in their own little way. I remember this particular holiday they all played with each other's gifts. Some of them were games, some just different toys. They were playing and wanted me to get involved. Next thing I know the 4 of them, even the youngest, had me down tickling me. It is such a good memory. Not only that they enjoyed the gifts that I had picked out for them, but that we also enjoyed each other's company so well that day. It was great. Thanks for starting this interesting discussion.
