Can you tell someone directly that you don't like them?

Someone is courting me right now and he asked me if I believe in him when he says he misses me or he loves me. I admitted the truth that actually I can't feel anything and I can't believe when he says such things. I just can't trust him too fast. How shall I tell him?
Would you directly tell him you don't like him? well, as a boyfriend or something like that?

Awww, the last time I tried that, I had a hard time. he was just tooo kind and it was hard to reject the person. What I did was write him a letter and I vanished. not literally but I took some time off from seeing him. A few years later our paths crossed again and we're better now. before I got married though, I learned that he was still in love with me even if he had a girlfriend already. WAW! he respects it though that I found my love now. We're good friends now.
