I love to be a part of religious ceremonies taking place around and would visit temples and attend functions like jagrata's and ardass ceremonies when they take place near our place. I find this as a good opportunity to be get closer to god and remember almighty for what has been given to us. Do you take some time out to be a part of religious festivals and events ?

When I was much younger, I used to attend all the religious ceremonies which were taking place in our church. I love going to the retreats before Easter and I also liked to attend midnight Mass on Christmas day and watch the blessing of the crib. Now all I do is attend Mass on Sundays. I do however still say my daily prayers even if I don't attend Church.

We don't have a lot of festivals and events of a super religious neighbour in our church. I personally prefer to pray and be close to God in my own way. I am not the ceremonial type, but that's just me. I understand that it's different for everyone. As my grandfather says, it takes all kinds to make a world.
