Ok so I'm in this venture to find out how sustainable a site is by computing the amount of earnings they get per click. So my second one is going to be Take The Globe. Yeah I know, the sites kind of wobbly right now with the payments, but let us remember that what I'm proving here is site sustainability by means of ad revenues, meaning that they don't give away money but instead really earning through the ads and not just through member purchases. My computation will be based on the price of standard ads per 500 clicks, which is $9.98 So we will divide the $9.98 into 500 clicks which would yield 0.01996 Right now we're just going to do a simple computation based on the default, since you can setup other things with the advertisement ordering system of TTG, like if you want it to be bold, highlighted, or for adult only, as well as a for premium only. So from that 0.01996, we will deduct the 0.005 per click earnings of the clicker, as well as the .0025 if the clicker has a referrer. With that computation: 0.01996 - 0.005 - 0.0025 = 0.01246 So they still earn 0.01246 per click. So multiplying that by 500 they still earn 6.23 per click. I don't know if I got something wrong here, but that is still a large sum as compared to the $3.5 earning of Neobux. What about if 500 premium clicks on the ads? let's see, a premium member's rate is 0.01 per click, and for his referral it's 0.005 per click right? Let's say that a premium member has a premium member as well as his referrer. So the rate will be a cent for the click, and half a cent for the referrer. 0.01996 - 0.01 - 0.005 = 0.00496 So they still earn a very little amount, multiplied by 500 it will be 2.48 See? With that being the most extreme of scenarios, they still earn. And with those other advertisement additive, they earn a lot more, don't you think? I hope they get stable soon so that they can continue on. I hate seeing donation links on PTCs as they are a sign of impending doom. What do you think guys? Is the site sustainable enough?! I think so, since it's $6.23 per 500 standard click and $2.48 in the extremes of conditions. Have a nice day!
