BUX BG is this PTC site a SCAM???

Just last week I almost reach the minimum payout of BuxBG I haven't participated clicking this weekends, and just yesterday as I log in I cannot anymore access my account And just keep on displaying the homepage and says you are not log in.. Is my account hacked..or is this site a scam.. I feel so upset with PTC already... Hmmmmmm....
