If I get you right, you mean to say 'bio-tech' products. If this is the case, I personally can't tell you that this is safe because I haven't tried using them. But I think it's best to consult a doctor specializing in skin and hair care to address your concerns; and in this particular case, your dandruff and falling hair. Even if someone you trust told you that it's safe because he or she has used it himself/herself; your acquaintance or your friend or relative may have a skin or hair type which is totally different from you. And therefore, you might not have similar reactions to chemicals in a product compared with him or her.
