It turns ou the answer to this question is deeply complex and multi-faceted. some experts suddiend eating habits for years say its because they taste good..... The reason they taste so good to us is that they're packed with energy. Our bodies want the sugar becuase our instincts tell us we need that to keep going. We want starch and fat for the same reason. Junk food might be bad for us, but in a short-term kind of way, our boides think we need that junk. Yet many experts have thought for years that we also have healthyeating instincts. So if we do indulge in fast food for lunch our instincts might guide us towards a salad for dinner. This so called wisdom of the body isnt just for energy. We like the salt because we need minerals and we might choose fruit or salad for the vitamins they provide. Other sutides have shown that junk food temporarily eases depression. And research showed that women who work long hours are more likely to eat junk food...... what do u think abt it?

In my opinion and based on my own experience, most people eat food that is bad for their health because those food taste much better than those healthy food. Just compare a pizza to some tofu. Which one would you prefer in terms of taste. Most unhealthy food comes with lots of seasonings such as monosodium glutamate or MSG. The MSG enhances the taste of the food ans therefore, we would go fo rthat compared with some healthy food that can be tasteless most of the times. Unless the food technology has changed and invented some new healthy food that taste like our regular pizza or burgers, people would still go out looking for the junk food. As for me, I think as long as we do not take too much of those food, it should be okay. Furthermore, life is short so let's eat some nice tasty food while we can. Cheers!
