do u go for a jog every morning?

Good health is our greatest wealth. we do a lot of exercise in order to keep our body trim and fit. A walk in the morning makes our mind and body fresh. Its great to feel the early morning cool air. Jogging is a good habit that everyone should adopt,in our busy life we have to take care of our health also,Going for a jog every morning reduces some amt of calories and it gives lot of goodness to our health. does anyone go 4 a jog???

Dear friend, I do exercise most of the days and in that jogging is an important part that give me much relaxation and less strain while doing. If I am bit tried I would just have a jog and this would give me much of refreshment. Especially while I jog during morning. It is rarely I do not do exercise and whenever I get chances to jog I do and most of the days even in rainy days I do jog if the rain is not much heavy.

Hello 123rose. I don't jog every morning, but I do walk to my school office every day. You are right that jogging is a good way of exercise to keep us fit and trim. My parents jog every morning, especially my father, who gets up very early in the morning when the others are still sleeping. He does morning exercise for a few hours before he comes back home. He is into the habit of getting up early for his jogging in the park. Good for him. Take care.

I would do that every 2 days because I think it's necessary for the body to have a day of rest between the efforts just you know to assimilate it a better way.Well, to me resting is a total part of the exercise. I have to say that you're totally about this sensation of feeling and breathing the morning fresh air, there's nothing else to compare with this in my life. And well, morning just rocks

yes i do jog every morning.. Jogging is a great way to get back into shape. Yes it would help a lot it can boost your metabolism for the day which will make you burn off the food faster and make you lose weight! keep posting.. take care and have fun..

Nope, I am not doing jogging early morning.. I'm so lazy to wake up early morning for a morning exercise.. I'd rather go to sleep and lay down on my bed than doing some exercise.. Well, I have tried doing a morning jogging together with friends when someone invite us to have a job in grandstand.. But instead I jog, I just sit in the truck field while watching them jogging.. I can't run very fast even very slow.. I easily get tired and it is not advisable for me to run or get tired since I have an asthma.. Actually, I run maybe about one entire field but it takes me more than 30 minutes to finished it.. I ran then walked.. While my friends had already making twice or thrice running in the field.. I just can't really take getting tired because I can't breath and it seems that the world is moving..
