I need help with Bluetooth Remote control!! Can someone give me a hand ?

I keep trying to download Bluetooth Remote control but it never works, only reports endless errors! I have an IP mask/anonymous surfer and would like to know if this can affect Bluetooth Remote control because it sounded like that's what was said in the error report, Is it because my IP changes erratically as a result of my IP scrambler? Or Is something else the matter?
