How do you think about Ciao? Would it turnout be another scam site like the PTC?

Many mylotters are already Ciao members now, so first I would like to say that stop advertising Ciao at here, already get frustrated by those posts.
Back to the topic, do you have any opinions about this site?
For me I'm quite curious about the way they operate their business. Who pays them for the reviews? Those reviews are not seen by the outsiders but usually te members of Ciao, so why they need us to wwrite reviews for them?

I do not think they are a scam, Ciao has been around for a while and has been paying for sometime
This Ciao.com is relatively new but the others aren't and it will grow too with time...
I do not really care who pays them and why they need us to write reviews as long as they pay up!
Just like I don't care why myLot gets its money to pay its members from
