Apple Cider Vinegar

I had tried losing weight with apple cider vinegar before and it didn't work for me. Now, I have found out that I wasn't doing it right. I only took it after dinner. I took it straight and the taste is really nasty. I have since read that you need to take it after every meal, even snacks. To cope with the yucky taste, I mix it with apple juice. 1 tablespoon of the vinegar in a bit of warm apple juice makes it easier to swallow. I have been doing this for two weeks now and the weight is starting to come off. The loss would be faster if I was taking organic apple cider vinegar but I really can't afford it so I stick to the cheap stuff. At least the weight is finally starting to come off. The weight loss is suppose to be permanent. I haven't tried this if we were eating out though. Has anyone else tried to lose weight by taking this yummy stuff?

Isn't there an apple cider vinegar pill that you can take instead of drinking it? I am not sure about it, but thought I saw that somewhere. I have never tried this diet before. I was just at GNC last night and the lady there told me about a pill that they have that others have had success with. She knows this because they come back to buy more. I am not sure what it is called, but I do know the bottle was $44. I am trying something now called Orovo. I figure that next I will try the one that this lady told me about if I need to. I really don't need to loose a ton of weight. I would love to drop another 5-10 pounds and keep it off during the holidays instead of packing on more.

This does come in pill form but it doesn't work very well. I had tried the pills last year and they didn't do anything for me. I would not spend that much money on a weight loss product as that is way too expensive for me. Most people couldn't afford that. This is a cheap, easy way to lose weight. The organic apple cider vinegar over here is about £3.95. Most people that use this product keep the weight off and that is what I need. Good luck with your weight loss.

Do you think mixing this with apple juice isn't good because apple juice is full of calories? Just wondering. I would never be able to drink it plain either.

I always heard that you mix it in water, with honey and drink it three times a day before meals. I am glad it is working for you. I have been lazy about my weight for about three weeks. I was losing when I wrote everything down on Wellness360.

You can mix it in water but it doesn't get rid of the bad taste. I don't use honey as I am allergic to bees. The weight loss is slow but steady and it does stay off.

I tried this once and my mom the nurse told me all I was doing was cleaning the water weight out of my system. Like you, I hated the taste. I took a tablespoon of it and then a gulp of orange juice. Anyway I did lose about 8 lbs but then I gave up as the stuff gave me a stomach ache. Too strong for my system. I am glad to hear it is working for you. My Avon lady swears by it.
