i have been really interested in makin money online and some people have reffered me to this site :ciao.com, but i dont get how to use it. could someone kindly explain....

I wish I could help you with this, but I am equally confused about ciao. Hopefully someone will post a good answer here so that we can both benefit from it. Hi Piffster12, at current stage, the pay per review is $1.00, and any actions perform by you or others members towards your review you also will get rewarded. You can always refer to the Setting page under member for the details earning. Of course, the fastest way to earn from Ciao is to write review. Hope the review base on experience as i do see some members just post the specs, but i wonder they do earn the money or not.
