Both lied.But Bush did it for a cause.Saddam deserves this punishment so much.

both are wrong...one killed 180 people who are against him,to concrete his kingdom,invaded kuwait and create tension....the other kill millions,in the name to put an end to dictorship for the benefit of his countries people...only the loosers are the iraq people..
