It is just PROPER to wash your hands BEFORE and AFTER a meal. It's hygienic.

It was taught by our parents and school teachers that we should wash our hands and mouth every time before and after eating foods otherwise germs would contaminate foods which will cause harm to the digestive system.Hand washing before and after is essential because we eat foods with hand.Since childhood I am in the habit of washing hands before and after eating foods.thanx.

Right from childhood we were taught to wash our hands before eating and also after eating.You may not see them but there are germs and dirt particles on your hands which if not removed can cause disturbances in your tummy and then you will have to run to the doctor and spend a lot of money on his fees, treatment and medicines plus the pain and discomfort of suffering. so in order to avoid all this trouble why not spend just a few minutes washing your hands.Laziness can cause you mountains of health problems.

i do wash ma hand.. specially when i eat oily foods because i am afraid that if i touch my face i will get acne..i think everybody should too.. keep posting take care and have fun..

I always wash my hand with soap after I have ameal. I need to clean clearly my hand then I can start my work with comfortable. I won't feel oily in my hand. Keep post Happy myLotting...
