Is there anything you can do to help take the slight burnt taste our of homemade

spagetti sauce?
Need to know if there is anything to put in my homeaid spagetti sauce. I am going to freeze a bunch of it but it has a burnt taste in it because the bottom of the pan was burnt? Maybe nothing will work but I just though I would ask.

Try not to scrape the sauce off the bottom of the pan when taking out the sauce you will be using. You'll waste a little of the sauce this way, but it will taste better. If you've already stirred it up, and there are little black burnt flakes in it, pick them out as best you can. Adding a few fresh tomatoes and chopped herbs might also help.
