hiiii frnds......i've thyoride prblm since last year,i heard its a life long disease..i got scared!! is it true?? how i manage my whole life with thyoride prblm???.... surgery can be risky so is there any yoga or exercise for getting rid of thyoride prblm permanatly???.....or sumthing else natural way..... plzzz guys help me!!!! i want to be healthy like others...plzzzzzzz
