How do you withstand critique?

Do you always get angry or are you trying to accept it? What about critique from someone, who can´t do it better, is it making you mad?
I don´t like critique, but if its constructive and fair comment, i try to accept it and deal with it. what about you? :))
(are you good critic? do you like to criticism others) ;p

I'd rather have nice critism.If someone's rude to me about something I did it just makes me angry.Wich usually results in me being sarcastic about everything they say.Lol.I'm usually POed about any critism,but I try to take it.If I can't handle I just do something else.But if someones worse then me and they start saying my stuff sucks,I will flip.I'm nice about critism and if someone's even slightly better then me I shut up.

I write poetry, I publish it and get criticized all the time. I dont mind it as long as its not personal. I dont mind people telling what is wrong with my work or how to make it better, but when they see and critisize me through my work, then Im pissed.
I also accept that everyone is in title to his/hers oppinion but on the other side I expect them not to force me with their oppinion..I also have the right either to agree with them or dissagree. The problem starts when the critique cant take the ctirque :)
