David Beckham could soon be playing in Serie A for Italian Giants AC Milan if the club are succesful in a bid to land The Los Angeles Galaxy star on loan. On Wednesday Milan Vice President ADriano Galliani said he was confident that beckham would arrive to the San Siro, however it is understood the 33-year old has yet to commit to the deal, which if confirmed, is expected to begin in Januari.

I really don't think David Beckham can perform like he used to back in the day, when he was playing for United, or even Real Madrid. I think he's near to the end of his career, and I'm sorry he doesn't just end it, because I'd like people to remember him at his best, not as an expired player hanging in for another and another season of low performance. When I learned of this move, I presented my regrets to a friend of mine, who is an AC Milan fan... Now I see that he's just coming on loan, my info was not complete. That's a good thing, AC Milan not buying him, they don't want to end up with an "elephant". Also, LA Galaxy might not let him go for good - a player like Beckham is useful in the US even if he's not performing at the highest level.

Maybe his age is limited his movement now, but his technical ability in terms of passing and crossing is still essential to any team. For me I will say that Beckham is suitable to play in Serie A because of the league's nature where they play football not in the fast pace. But I'm thinking who should be dropped in the Milan team if Beckham play?

I'm bid surprise that he's going to Milan just after a season at LA Galaxy, anyway it's a good thing for him cos there's no football culture in States, i mean its not good as it is in other Euro countries...

Although his free kicks and crossing are good, he is getting old. His pace is almost non-existence. A younger, faster winger could easily replace him. I doubt the feasibility of this loan.

David is a washed up player now though he was successful in MU many years ago.He is 33 years old,I don't think AC Milan'choice is correct.
