how much hours do you stay before your computer?

recently i just stay no more that one hours,because the radiation of the monitor, i am very tied if i stay more time before the monitor, i am quite worried about my body,so i have to stay less time before my computer, what about you mylotters? are you also don't fell not very well before your computer,and what do you do if you not fell not better? do you have a thought that to change a less radiation monitor?

I have flatron monitor. I thing it is not effecting my eyes that much. I use to stay in computer from five to six hours a day. If I fell strain just I go to out side for 5 minutes and get back to my work. If I fell very incomfortable to stay before my computer I will relax one hour and I will get back to my work.

Well, I'm working with monitor about 8 hours a day, and that is the minimum time. It could be more than 10 hours a day average, cause beside my work time I need to access my own pc for about couples of hours a day. If you have so many hours a day before your computer than you should choose the best monitor or lcd that make less radiation for your eyes.

Generally i can spend around 4 to 5 hours daily before computer.

I can stay on the stay on the for six hours straight or more. It never actually occured to me that you can get radiation from using the computer too long.
