Well, make money online. Obviously, you are doing it now. Start a blog. Be an affiliate. Monetize your blog. Do an online business. Do surveys (although this won't be enough). Aside from being online, you could start your own at-home business. If you know how to cook, use it to have a cake or pastry business. If you are a green thumb, have your plants multiply and sell them. If you are artistic, paint and then auction them on sites. There are a lot. It all depends on your willingness and abilities.

You have to be working for others to say that you are successful in life. Being successful does not depend on one aspect alone, it actually depends in you view in life. You can be successful being a stay at home mother if you will be able to raise your kids with good moral values and successful in life.

you need to start on how you can be more productive even if you're at home. try to take advantage of the internet. it's an open market in front of your computer. start a business from the things you love to do, like baking, crocheting, painting, etc and try to market this on the internet. things/hobbies that can give you a start to have a small part-time income. for example a homebased mom that loves baking and she made cookies and made a part-time income by selling these online, then became her business.
