Suggest me in purchasing IPHONE

Hi Mylottians i am trying to purchase iphone through eBay where in my country it cost more which is almost thrice the amount comparatively if you consider in other countries. I see lot of people cheat us by giving a repaired one or one fake modelled phone etc. i have done lot of research on this. Please do suggest me is this safe or not.
