i love making my own candles because i use them all the time but sometimes i just resort to buying my own candles because it can get rather expensive making candles and it is cheaper to buy them if you can find a good sale on them i think the best way to resolve this problem is to use the internet (not mylot) you can type into any search engine your problem or you might should try to talk to an associate at a craft store they should be able to answer your questions my candles have not done this so there has to be something your missing or not doing lol

Sometimes candles do this and you have to do a repour, kind of like topping it off. When you make your candles, save a little wax for this instance. Once they cool, if they have a sink hole around the wick, add a little of the melted wax you saved and just fill to the hole where it sunk in.

They might burn just fine, I would try one and see how they go. One option is to let it cool some before you pour it into your jar. Fill the jars half way and let them cool then finish the jar later. This will let it have support. Wax can shrink as it cools and that is the problem you are having. You may also be able to add a little fresh wax to the top of your candle for a better finish. Good Luck!
