How to sleep better????----the first tips

Sleeping is very importmant for our health.But how to sleep well? Maintain a regular bed and wake time schedule,including weekends. Establish a relaxing bed and wake time soaking in a hot bath or hot tub and then reading a book or listening to soothing music. Creat a sleep-conducive environment that is dark,quiet,comfortable and cool. Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillow.

yeah, I suffer from insomnia for a long time, and better now because of the new regular life schedule. My mom also has insomnia problem and she is worse than me. Many peole can sleep whenever and wherever whom I envy a lot. Thought I try my best to keep the life in regular way, but the extra work always makes me crazy. When I was a university student, we had to fulfill mountain of assignment. What a nightmare! Now, life is getting better, so I can sleep well than before. BTW, your advice is useful, and I am keep on doing that myself.
