When you use internet slang, are you actually doing it?

like, when you type lol, are you actually laughing out loud. Or what about rotfl? Does anybody really roll around on the floor. When I type lol, I am usually actually laughing out loud, but if I type rotfl or lmao, I'm not actually doing that. What about you?

Yes, most of the time, I practice what I preach.. If, I don't act it out, I am feeling it, so I write out what I am feeling.. Yes, I normally do this..

I love smileys and use them a lot too. There is one site I use and it has a smiley for everything. worried, annoyed, confuzzled, shifty, etc. I love that site because of all their smileys!

Actually it's just an expression for matters that can be to that extend. It mean that I surely go to that extend if I found funny or too humorous. it added up the conversation though.
