i have seen many peoploe who are fat and girls do not go close to them i ask all the girls and boys cant fat boys have girlfriends cant they lead a normal life like us i just wanted a answers to ma questions i know fat people die early due to various health problemslike health attack but i have heard that fat ppl cannot reduce easily cause they always get the urge to eat more so please suggest sum ways to reduce excess flabs

Now that I am aging it is becoming more difficult for me to lose weight. The only solution to my problem is by fasting. But if you are still young you can use the method of eating a little food at a time. Make sure you take your breakfast every morning but never eat a lot. Take a slice or two of your bread and drink it with a glass on orange juice. For lunch just take simple sandwich but make sure you still have the energy to do your job or else your dieting is beginning to affect the quality of your life. For dinner you can take a bowl of spaghetti with less cheese or no cheese. In between meals, take half of a fruit like apples and pears. Drink a lot of water and make sure you can get your body to sweat every day by walking or doing your regular activities.

I don't agree people being on diet or do some other painful things to lose weight .However ,why not control your weight before it goes too far ?I never tried to lose weight ,and i never on diet ,but i never become fat .The reason is I keep in mind every second that taking more exercises and eating regularly .And being too fat will really take us unconvenience?

I know there is a lot of people who discriminate against fat people. My boyfriend is pretty big and i love him, most of my friends are one the heavy side and they great people. People that don't like fat people are usually skinny stuck up people.

actually, weight shouldnt be a basis, for any type of relationship. it does however have significance, if the overweight person finds herself / himself with low self esteem, then he/she should think about losing extra pounds. i think that as long as you still feel good about yourself and you're confident, there's nothing to change. but once its starts to define who you are, then maybe you should consider taking off the burden of a few extra pounds. walking would be appropriate. :)
