Pogo.com payments?

Hey ya'll! I know that pogo is all about the fun, but it is also a great site for some extra profit if you're a really good gamer and have a bit of luck on your side. But, what I wannah know is- even though am sure they can transfer your winnings to your paypal account, do they only send them to US residents? If an outsider wins something, and it's not in their policy to send the winnings to people outside of the US, how or do they compensate that person? Or just rob him/her off of all their winnings alltogether? That'd be really unfair and cruel but I really wannah some answers to that! Thanks w
