I have taken my last medicine last night1 I am a patient of hypertension and I need to take medicines for that on regular basis.I take my medicines after my Dinner just before going to bed ! Barring these medication some times I have some painkiller or anti allergic medication for my allergic Rhinitis. I knowmany people who are taking medicine for some or other ailments like Diabetis, Hypertension, anxiety etc. At the same time I know a lot of people who don't take any medication on regular basis and they are the lucky ones! I should rather say they are the desciplined ones in their life styles. Regular food habits and regular exercise is the Key factor for the good health and now a days with the awareness people are adopting themselves to restricted , regular food habits together with regular exercise! Inspite of all the efforts we tend to fall sick as our body is also a living machine working all the 24 hours a day and is subjected to lot of stress which is burdened more now a days by pollution and other man made set backs! Under such circumstances we areleft with nothing but to visit a Dictor for the medication and needed help. Depending upon the prescription we are having our medication,to cure ourselves, physically and psychologically too! Do you recall when you had your last medication? And what for You had it ?
