do anyone knows about some money exchange programs.i mean if we can transfer money from paypal to alertpay and transfer from one payment processor to another. i heared of ecxchangemoney (dot) com , can we transfer money through the websutes like these.

Money exchangers will take most of your money on exchange process. They are very costly as far as i know. I suggest you should find an individual to exchange your money. Like you give a commision for exchanging.
