Looking For $1 per CPM

Hi everyone! I'm trying to promote my website and so far, I haven't been very lucky. I was hoping someone could tell me where I could get 1,000 or so banner ad impressions (not unique impressions or clicks) for $1 for $2? I'm really new at paying for advertising online. So far I use the free stuff like MySpace, Facebook, etc. But, you get what you pay for right? Any help would be appreciated, especially if the place you suggest accepts Moneybookers, thanks so much!!
