how to gain weight/

I am 20 year old guy and i am underweight which i don't like both in looks and health wise.So i want to gain some weight for which i started eating much more i used to,stopped eating junk foods and also reduced my exercise routine still my weight is stable means it is not decreasing further but also not increasing.Friends please suggest what should i do.

you know, i think maybe you should consult a doctor. there could be a totally different reason for you not gaining weight. some nutritional problems i mean. and try to eat loads of proteins, sprouts and also bananas. try this, eat milk and bananas, i am told that that can really help you gain weight. also maybe you could start eating fatty foods, loads of butter and cheese and stuff, but caution, make sure you exercise so that all these fat goes to the right places... happy myLotting

if you eat icecreams,sweets,rice..surly you will put weight..these are things i am avoiding to eat..because i dont want put weight..already i am i dont want much..if it is needed i can gain it using the above things..very easly to put weight..reduceing is a tough one compare with the this..have a nice time with us in mylot..
