What is the best cell phone for me to buy.

I need a new cell phone and I don't know which one to buy. I want one with a camera and it has to be able to set ringtones. I have a pink razor now & it just is junk. There is no flash for pictures and I can't set music for my ringtones. I would also prefer a cell phone with T9 texting as a choice. My razor doesn't have that either. So, I would like the cell phone to have: 1. camera 2. flash 3. set music for ringtones 4. T9 text option What is your favorite cell phone & what of the above list does it have? I am on Verizon if this matters. Thanks for your help.
