Whats your favorite recipe?

I love to cook and i love trying new recipes all the time. I love making many different stews, and desserts and many main dishes. I usually just make the best of what i can out of the basic ingredients i have at home. What are some of your favorite recipes. You don't have to give away special ones, but if you have any you wanna share tell me it and tell me how you got it.

I have a lot of favourites and there are a lot of recipes I find really nice. Recently I love to make Green Tea Truffle Cake which tastes really good because I love green tea and I love green tea cake! It's not super sweet but enough to fix a sweet tooth.
