It is very easy to get sick with sudden changes in weather. Cold and Flu viruses are just around the corner? What do you do to prevent getting sick? Personally, I drink a lot of water. Especially when my throat hurts because usually sore throat signals a bad cold for me. How about you can you share your prevention tips?

I drink lots of water too. Herbs are good to take this time of year. Washing your hands after using the lavatory is very important. Taking care of germs being passed when you have kids is an important part of it all. Vitamin C and achinacea are good and multi vitamins. Prevention is so important. Keeping up on medical reading.

I try and drink alot of water to stay hydrated. I also drink E-mergency on a daily basis just to get some vitamins in my system. They help alot and I don't get sick as often as I used to.
