A recent survey says stress plays a very important role in cardiovascular disease.In some ways,too much stress from our life ,study,or work does great harm to our life expectancy.Share your good ideas with all friends here and reward at the same time.Let's start.

I just pick my guitar and simply play some hard rocking songs. Plug it in and just play for an hour or two. I got my own studio so just locked in and crank up the volume knob an I'm on my to reduced my stress.

Laugh away the troble then only life will be easy to live.try to lagh always with your family and friends as laughter reduces stress hormons.Laughter secrets two hormons in to the brain which are antistress chemicals associated with the feelings of happiness.As we grow old or when in depression the production og these chemicals in the body decreases.So laughter becomes all the more important.Eat diets sweetened with honey as honey is the right cure for stress.Studies have shown that drinking tea will relieve you from stress.Sipping tea slowly and reverently can alleviate your tensions.These are the best ways to live a stress free life.thanx.

Believe me, it's crying for me. LOL! After crying my eyes out and sleeping over it, I feel better already. I also found out that a good massage also keeps the stress away. Sometimes, a little thing such as the internet also makes me feel better. Of course,lastly, playing with my daughter instantly lifts me up!

If I got stressed because of my husband I just simply cry alone, until I feel sleepy then I will sleep. If got stressed because of my cousin I will throw some pillow at my window kick my bed and punch it or punch everything that is near to me. And I will drag everything until I am cool. I will sit down on my computer chair turn on my computer and chat with my friends and do mylotting until I am sleepy. Good Day!

My way is to rest , have a big and deep sleep at weekends, and do shopping with my friends and have a good party outside. Listen to some confortable music and whatch some comic movies or tv series. I think there is many ways to lighten our stress. The important thing is you should be positive to your life. Stress is easy to be kicked out.
