for me a computer is an it. without any gender. It does not make a difference it is male or female until it does its duty :)

if your computer acts weird and is giving you headache then it's definitely a woman.if it's working the way you want then it's male.

I would say it's a male because I tell it what to do.

I think the is no gender for computer as we say the computer or a computer. Your PC could be a cash machine. Look at my profile to know how.

Well in fiction books, evil super computers are usually a 'He', while the defender of mankind super computers are usually a 'She'. So, a computer can be a 'he' or 'she' depending on its functions and abilities. But for our normal everyday computers, I guess 'it' is more suitable. A computer will only have a gender when it is able to express its characteristics or nature, much like super computers in fiction books.

I would say that computer belongs to female gender. I have points to support my answers. A computer has multitasking capabilities which is done only by women. It can do threading. For a successful person computers are really required these days, there's a quote that behind every successful man there is a woman. So computers and women have lots of qualities in common. The only thing I feel it matches with a man's nature is 'it goes by instructions and can't think of it's own' He he he Just kidding here, pls don't mind.. Anyways, computer is a female
