Crazy or Genious

I believe that bohemian rhapsody is the best song ever written. but i sometimes wonder does this song actually have a deep underlying meaning or is it just bonkers! which ever way i still love. please tell me any theories you have, if any, on what this master piece is about.

I agree Bohemian Rhapsody is an amazing song. If you look on wikipedia it says teh songs lyrics could be about troubles and issues Freddie Mercury was going through at the time. I think writers of most songs let out their feelings though song and this was most likely his way of doing that. Whatever he was tryin to say he managed to write a superb song that will carry on for a very long time.

yeah. I totally agree. i dont think any body but freddy and maybe the rest of the band, know the true emaning of the song. Maybe they want to keep it that way. Thanks for responding

I agree with this as well. :) It is one of the greatest songs of all time, even if I don't completely understand it! :) Which is probably just how it should be! :)

It is indeed. Despite of the meaning, it's the best masterpiece of Queen. I mean the music and the opera-like thing is just great.

i also heard that queen were the first to make a 'proper' music video to accompany this song. apperently it had not been done before this song. all of musicians videos were just recordings of performances. thanks for responding

I totally agree. I just told my 15 year old brother recently if ever there was a song he should know because of it's genius Bhomenian Rhapsody would be one of them. I think another great is Eagles Hotel California! No theories. It's just awesome!
