Thanks for the quote, I think it will help many to get better. I don't really subscribe to it because I don't do most of those things, like fear. I don't fear anything so fearing less has no meaning for me. I don't hope. I just live from day to day. No fear, no hope. Just living. Cheers!!

In my life I am always afraid of the unknown and that thing prohibits me from doing so many things in life. I know I shouldn't be afraid but I just couldn't help myself from feeling afraid. Eat less, chew more. In my religion the prophet Mohamed told us to eat before we are hungry. And stop eating before we are full. The quote you give is similar to what the prophet are saying. I agree this is a useful advice because by controlling our diet and eating habit, we can maintain our general health. All the other quotes are beautiful and very useful to be used in our day to day activities. Whine less and breathe more. It means we should be grateful on what god had given us and not to complain all the time. The same with the rest of the quote. If we follow all of it I am sure we will live in peace and harmony.

Thanks for sharing this proverb with all of us. Its a common in all vernaculars too. In my vernacular this proverb is there but with slight changes. But the meanings are same. But I don't understand one thing..how and a person say more without talking?? Happy mylotting!!
