its so simple.... do you know how to make vegie salad right? make some good green and tasty vegie salad that you like and poof you make your own diet recipe...

ouch that hurts... hhmmmmm that was a tough one... i dont have any idea on what food can be serve to a diabetic person.

I am not so sure if it is one part of diet but as I am doing to reduce my weight is just I am eating the three times in a day and I avoid to eat more chips, and I always make it sure that I have to eat before 6 pm for a heavy meal and if it will lapsed for the time I only eat soup and fruits or vegetable salad in the night.....

[i]Hi bombshell, Oatmeal is a good thing to consider in the morning and then more vegetables also! That is what i am doing since I hate to add more weights! LOL![/i]
