javascript and hta pages

I have try javascript in an HTA pages. It seem run equals like in an Internet Explorer. But I have a doubt, I have an internal frame there and when I try to load any other url web site, there is a security messages. Do you know how to avoid this message. I mean how to make the message not appear when the page is loading. Thanks, Frankouz
