As everyone knows,either fast walk or slow walk does good to the muscles and lungs of human.So people walk to build up their body,or to lose weight.But only some of them know that taking a walk everyday is also good for protecting man's heart.Heart attack has become the first disease in the world because most people suffer form it. Taking a walk can improve the blood supply to our heart.If you try to walk as often as possible,you will have a healthier heart.

yes I agree and it is not a hard thing to do, it helps to have somewhere pleasnat to walk and maybe even to have a walking partner or even taking a dog for a walk, fo some strange reason i like walking at night, the peace is beautiful but i guess it is a big dangerous these days..
