There is a saying 'A apple a day keep the doctor away'.All kinds of fruit is full of vitamins,fiber and so on.Fruit is better than any other nutrition.It is natural without any chemical materal and it is cheap in price which we can afford every day.

Yes. Many fruits contain large amounts of Vitamin C (useful in helping wounds heal and in preventing some virus infections) as well as sugar which provides enrgy. However, fruits do not make a balanced diet, because most fruits contain little protein.
Fruits vary from region to region, according to the climate. The main types of fruits are temperate, such as apples; sub-tropical, such as oranges; and tropical fruits such as bananas.

Yes, I agree with you that fruits are inexpensive but they are rich in vitamins. An apple a day is a proven remedy for many ailments and it can make us look younger because it has anti oxidants in it. I like eating many types of fruits such as apples, oranges, grapes, jackfruits, cooked pineapples, papaya, mango, durian, dragon fruit, ciku, watermelon, honeydew, cherries and sweet plums. There are so many other fruits but if I list it down here it would be a long list and you would feel bored. Yes we can afford to buy fruits all the time because the price is not that expensive and we can get it almost everywhere we go.
