good habit

a lifetime habit of engaging in energetic activity there to four times a week could reduce the negative health effects of cigarette smoking or high blood pressure. it even partly offset an inherited tendency.

I should think this would be reasonable and possibly self-evident. However, energetic activity can also be further assisted by ceasing to smoke and watching your blood pressure. The exercise helps.. but should not excuse smoking or .. say.. eating too much sodium.
