about a month ago i recieved an email from the lotteries commision to say i won $750.000 pounds in a south africa raffle for 2010 football cup .I didnt take it serously now i have just recieved an email wanting to know if i had my money yet..how do i find out out if its a hoax or not.There is money involved for me to send over to africa for transfer fees and i dont want to lose it .Help me please myloters

Nine chances out of ten it is a hoax. Many times they will send out an email asking if you got your money to get yours. My boyfriend works at a bank and says there are so many emails like that going around trying to trick people. One of the biggest give aways is if you didn't enter a lottery, contest etc. If you didn't then it's a hoax. If you need to send money to get yours then it is definitely a hoax.

i entered some competition but i cant remember what it was for.I have an address to send money to but am going to check up on it first. Thanks for your input.

I don't know - it does sound a bit dicey - is there a phone number that you can call ask someone- if so, its better to call and see. Did you actually enrol in a lottery scheme like that in the first place? Better be careful.
