What do you think about super scammers that offer you like $1000 per ad viewed?

Well, if know it or not, there are some super scammer sites in the Internet that offers you $1000 per ad viewed, $10,000 sign up bonus, $1000 referral bonus etc. There are sites like http://ptr-trading.com, http://pumpkin-mails.com, power-mails.net, expert-mails.com,emails-empire.com, pleasant-mails.com and hundreds of other sites that offers you like this. They also offer you a premium membership for $400 or whatever. What your opinion on this? Why exactly you think that these sites owners are still kept their site open? Do you believe these site owners really think peoples are THAT much fools? Or Is there any chance for the owners of these site to be under 10 years old?
