where do you plan to buy a house?

i know not all can relate to this posting. to all filipinos out there kindly advise me. we are planning to settle somewhere in baguio or in any part of laguna that is just along the SLEX so it will be accessible. why in baguio? because definitely one of our sons will go to PMA, to follow their father's career. with that, we can visit them every weekends. south bound because that's the only place that we can think of that is not yet very crowded, and is accessibl;e to manila and to his province. now, we have to decide before the year ends since we are planning to apply for the loan early next year.
